Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day return window for eligible items. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at care@shyhumblechefs.com within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Important Notes:
- We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Due to the nature of our chili products (consumables), we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery.
- Items must remain unopened and in their original packaging to be considered for return.
