Each jar is freshly handmade upon order — please allow 1–2 business days for preparation.

Orders are shipped via uParcel with next-day delivery after preparation.

💌 Delivery is $7.50, and we’ll absorb the remaining cost for you.
📦 Free delivery for orders over $60 — our little thank-you for bigger orders!
🙏 For smaller orders under $60, we appreciate your understanding as we try our best to keep it affordable.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order is on the way, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided), so you can monitor it in real time.
⚠️ Delays & Liabilities
Once your parcel is handed to our delivery partner, Shy Humble Chefs is not liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics.
For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
📦 Missed Deliveries / Re-delivery
If no one is available to receive the parcel:
