This dumpling festival, we’ve prepared a limited batch of 100 handmade Bak Chang (粽子) using our chef’s favourite Nyonya-style recipe. Each one is filled with juicy pork, fragrant spices, shallots and sweet winter melon — all wrapped in sticky glutinous rice and bamboo leaves.

Each order includes 4 freshly steamed Nonya Dumplings, delivered to your doorstep within 1–2 days.

Please remove the rice dumplings from the packaging and store them in a well-ventilated area.

Room Temperature: Up to 3 days

Chiller (0 °C to 4 °C): Up to 7 days

Freezer: Up to 2 months

Note: For best quality, consume within 24 hours of delivery. Store immediately upon receipt to maintain freshness. Do not refreeze after thawing.
